Centennial Awarded Management and Leasing Contract for Trumbull Mall

DALLAS – June 12, 2025 – Centennial, a retail real estate owner and operator with a national portfolio of shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations as well as a full-service property management platform serving third-party owners (www.centennialrec.com), announced today that it has been awarded the management and leasing contract for Trumbull Mall, a cornerstone of retail and community life in Trumbull, Connecticut. Under the agreement, which took effect today, Centennial will provide a full spectrum of management services for the property – including property management, leasing, marketing and accounting – while it is in receivership. Trumbull Mall will remain open and fully operational throughout this management transition, continuing to welcome shoppers and support its retail partners without interruption.
