Centennial Awarded Management and Leasing for Plaza Bonita
Dallas – August 4 – Centennial, powered by Lincoln, a national retail real estate owner and operator, has been awarded the property management and leasing assignment for Plaza Bonita, a 1.03 million-square-foot regional shopping center in National City, California. Centennial will oversee property management, leasing, specialty leasing, marketing, and accounting services for the center on behalf of its new ownership, a joint venture between Henderson Park and Lowe.
The assignment expands Centennial’s footprint in the San Diego market, adding one of the county’s most established retail destinations as new ownership prepares to invest in the property’s next chapter.

Dallas – June 10, 2026 – Centennial, powered by Lincoln, a national retail real estate owner and operator, today announced that it has been awarded the management and leasing contract for Paramus Park, a regional retail destination in Paramus, New Jersey. Under the agreement, which took effect June 10, 2026, Centennial will provide a full spectrum of services for the property, including property management, leasing, specialty leasing, marketing, and accounting.

Plano City Council Approves Development Plans Related to The Shops at Willow Bend and Dallas Stars Arena
Plano, TX – The Plano City Council approved several actions during its June 8 meeting marking the beginning of a deliberate and transparent process to consider a potential sports and entertainment district at The Shops at Willow Bend, anchored by the development and construction of a new multipurpose arena that will serve as the future home ice for the Dallas Stars.
City Council approved a non-binding Letter of Intent with the Dallas Stars, an incentive agreement with Levin Holdings and Cawley Partners, the establishment of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) for The Shops at Willow Bend and surrounding development area along the Dallas North Tollway, and a Venue Project Resolution for submission to the State Comptroller as required by state law for the City to call a special Venue Tax Election.
