Charles “Chuck” Taylor joined Centennial in 2020 as Senior Vice President, Client Services, where he utilized his vast relationships with institutional clients to launch a nationwide third-party property services division. His professional experience includes complex commercial real estate transactions, anchor store deals, strategic planning, development and re-development. He has 30+ years of experience and has been engaged in multiple projects nationwide including lifestyle, neighborhood, community, power centers and malls.
Most recently, Chuck was a Senior Vice President of Madison Marquette, overseeing the company’s portfolio across the United States from 2006 through early 2020, where he created a full-service real estate platform focusing on leasing, management, marketing, acquisitions, third-party assignments, development and redevelopment. Chuck also led the leasing platform and new business development efforts.
In 1983 he was part of The Graham Companies in Miami and held the position of Vice President. After that, he was employed at Trammell Crow, RMC/Konover Property Trust, and Benderson as Director of Leasing. Later, he became Vice President of Anchor Leasing for Urban Retail Properties. Chuck also held the position of Group Vice President of the Mills Corporation in the Anchor Leasing Department.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Chuck attended Appalachian State University majoring in Business Administration. He holds the CRX, CSM and CLS designations, and has participated as a speaker on numerous industry panels. He is a longtime member and past Florida State Director of ICSC.
