Start walking! Your goal is to hit at least 8,000 steps per day between October 1 and 31. Steps may be tracked using smart phones, smart watches, Fitbits and other devices. Please contact Tami Morris if you require a pedometer.
The winning team will be determined in early November and prizes will be awarded.
