Chief Accounting Officer
Kristi Reavis joined Centennial as Chief Accounting Officer in 2020 from The Howard Hughes Corporation, a publicly traded owner, manager and developer of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate, where she served as director of financial reporting and accounting policy for over 4 years. Prior to that, she was with Ernst & Young’s assurance practice for over 13 years in the firm’s real estate sector, where she worked with global real estate investment, development and management companies holding and transacting all types of real estate assets. Her stint at EY included a 2-year rotation in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, as well as training and leadership responsibilities as a senior manager within the practice.
Kristi holds an Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance/Management Information Systems from Baylor University. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Kristi and her husband have lived in downtown Dallas for over 15 years, where they enjoy walking to parks, the arts, and raising their two kids.
