Julie led the onboarding of the five USAA/Westfield properties to Centennial in late 2015 and continues on the asset management team stewarding our sustainability program which focuses on energy use and waste handling, while also providing Operations support, specifically contract negotiation, vendor relations and utility management.

Julie is a 30+ year veteran of shopping center management, formerly serving as SVP of Asset Management for Westfield Corporation, having oversight of flagship assets in the Eastern United States (World Trade Center, Garden State Plaza, Montgomery Mall, Old Orchard Mall), as well as a dozen regional malls located in the Midwest and Southeast. Her duties included providing oversight during significant repositioning and redevelopment efforts. Julie’s career also includes 27 years with General Growth Properties, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing $850M annual operating budget and $150 million annual capital budget.

Julie excels in mentoring and inspiring mall teams to exceed financial goals and customer expectations. Not only has Julie been a member of ICSC for over 30 years, but also served on the international faculty delivering shopping center education fundamentals to students in Turkey, Russia, Columbia, India and the United Arab Emirates.
